Before the ‘Love or above’ programme I was feeling lost, unsure of my direction in life-limited!
I was working a job I didn’t enjoy feeling unfulfilled and frustrated.
I was struggling to make ends meet and barely getting by, with hospital appointments for a lung condition and debilitating pain a constant in my life, reminding me of how I had brought this condition upon myself.
Since 2016 when I learnt about Mindvalley and bought the Chiristie Marie Sheldon Love or Above programme, things have shifted so dramatically for me. I left my job and started a business, which is in the early stages but is my soul work and something I would never have dreamed possible before.
I have taken numerous courses to improve my mental health and became attuned at Reiki master level too (for my own healing only)
I started a fitness plan and am the fittest at 48 years than I’ve ever been in my life.
I overheard my daughter telling an acquaintance that the mum she knew before I started my journey was unrecognisable to the person I am now and that she is so inspired by my change.
The love I have for Christie Marie and the appreciation knows no bounds. I feel I know her on a one to one level as she is in my ears every single day!
