Before Lifebook, I was not even aware of the 12 categories, let alone understand that I need to achieve balance in all of them to have a fulfilling and really abundant life. Thanks to Lifebook, I was able to dive deep into each of the categories and increase my awareness about where I need to pursue growth. And now, I'm living my life more consciously.
