"This process has been so grounding and freeing all at once"

Before Lifebook I felt stuck. I've recently turned 26 and my twenties were difficult. I was struggling with feelings of worthlessness, emptiness and a lingering sadness. I felt incapable and behind. But last year I started really opening myself up to new perspectives and the self development world. When I started Lifebook I feel like I was ready for it. It's been such a clarifying and empowering process. I feel like my glasses have been wiped clean and all the areas where I was feeling stuck or stagnant or overwhelmed have simplified and opened. I have a clearer vision of who I am, who I want to become and the life and contribution I want to have on others. I was so afraid while doing this process because it felt like there's so much work that I have to put in, and just questioning whether I am capable of executing it. And this whole process and Jon and Missy's example and everything else that's opened and expanded in my life have just reassured me that I am capable, I am deserving, a beautiful full life is possible for me too. I feel so seen and supported and full and enough, I just can't put it into words yet. And especially right now with the whole pandemic and panic that's going on I feel so detached from it. I know what I want, I know what I need to do to get it, now I must just focus and get to work. This process has been so grounding and freeing all at once, and I can't wait to truly dial in and come out with a Lifebook that I can say, version 1 complete.
