"This journey helped me to face the problems and to put the fear aside so I can deal with them"

This journey helped me to face the problems and to put the fear aside so I can deal with them. To just acknowledge you are the one responsible for your life and that only you can make things happen is a game changer. With the positive energy and the thoughts about ideal life I want I was able to get back on track. Thoughts become things. I started being physically active, and little by little I was able to run on the beach with my son for the first time since he was born. How much happiness that gave me is priceless. So, now I am fighting to get better, to be healthy. I have a framework of activities that makes me keep going. I know where I am going. Is tough but will get through. I am also so happy that I met people that are doing good and spreading love and knowledge around the world. Like Lennon said once: "...You may say I am a dreamer, but I'm not the only one.."
