"My relationships with my wife and children have never been better, and I feel deeply grateful for the life I lead"

Before Lifebook, I was lacking clarity about my goals. My work had changed, and I felt stuck in my roles as a husband, dad, and friend. I had started Lifebook once before but never finished it. This time, I had the opportunity to join Lifebook Live in Dubai with a group of 30 like-minded people. I was curious to see how doing the exercises in a live setting would help me stay accountable and go deeper into the process.
I didn’t set many expectations, but the results were transformational. I completed the program with a crystal-clear vision for my life, realizing I am capable of achieving far more than I had previously believed—across all 12 categories of life. The biggest shift has been my mindset: I now approach everything with more ease and confidence because I know exactly what I want and what I don’t want.
My relationships with my wife and children have never been better, and I feel deeply grateful for the life I lead. I am content but also energized by a clear vision of my future.
I would recommend the Lifebook Quest to anyone who has never asked—or felt afraid to ask—what they truly want in life, why they want it, and what they need to do to get there. It’s a life-changing experience that will leave you transformed.

This whole process, believe it or not, was a little bit stressful for me. My parents have always told me that my inner-child is very curious and genuinely happy, during the years the teenage attitude has hit me hard and I've kind of lost myself in the way. The reason why this process was...

"Before Lifebook, I would just go through my days, weeks, years like trudging through mud."

From the first few sections, I have started meal planning to a degree again. I have begun meditating, listening to some of The Great Courses in my library. I have purchased some of the books suggested in audible versions, and I dug out some notes I made years ago on a business venture.
