"My Assessment Report went from 108 (Excellent) to 129 (Extraordinary)"

Doing the Lifebook at “74” showed me how much of my “Good Life” I already have. It also showed me that the choices I have been making don’t serve me well to enjoy it. I need to shed an abundance of needy friends to have more time for the ones I enjoy who also want to be their best selves. It’s become obvious I need to downsize myself, my schedule, and my home to savor what is most meaningful. The Lifebook process and the COVID-19 virus quarantine have been helpful in reaching that clarity. My Assessment Report went from 108 (Excellent) to 129 (Extraordinary) with improvement across the categories. I finished in time to request a refund but honestly figured that the money was well spent. I appreciate all that Jon and Missy and the Mindvalley Community provided. I paid the $1.00 to retain access to Lifebook and see if Mastery can help me change some habits. I have lost some weight already (smoothies are great!); I’m doing a daily Gratitude Journal; and my schedule is at least temporarily simplified. Self-discipline, better boundaries and a firm focus will be helpful in downsizing and “paying myself first” – these are the lifestyle shifts I’m choosing to implement in Mastery.

Before Lifebook, I had already started creating something similar — without knowing about the concept, the name, or anything about it. I had realized that I was too focused on my career and finances that my life wasn't balanced. So, I had thought about the different "areas" of my life. Fir...
