Lifebook helped me to beat the overwhelm and find a way how to balance all of my important life areas. 
I love the purpose part because it gives me such strong reasons to turn my visions into the reality that there's no longer an excuse to not do what I need to do to create the life I truly want to live. 

Lifebook is a great tool to consciously think of the beliefs we hold and identify the ones we need to replace with beliefs that actually empower us and enable us to take the place as the creators of our lives that we are.

 I love this program and highly recommend it. It is life changing!
