Lifebook provided me a platform to assess my goals in life. Before, I had goals but never fully looked into other aspects of my life such as social life or emotional life, but proceeded head-on despite vibrating low in these areas. Lifebook helped me make goals in light of the quality of my relationships, the doability of my goals and the specificity of my vision to my personality.
