"Lifebook has allowed me to reclaim back my life"

Prior to this program, I felt so lost and frustrated when it came to my life's purpose and vision. Looking back, I realize I had already achieved a lot. I'm a mum of twin boys, I have an amazing husband and I'm surrounded by people I love, I enjoy my job, so I ought to be very happy. But it dawned on me that something was missing. Somewhere along the road, I have become passive and stagnant.

I've lost the confidence, drive, determination, passion to pursue anything. Before the Lifebook, I didn't have any goals of my own. I felt so disconnected with myself because I've put my kids, my husband, and everything else above ME.

Lifebook has allowed me to reclaim back my life, to understand that at the age of 40, I can still work on making my dreams a reality in all 12 areas of my life, nothing is impossible, it's just a matter of believing in myself and spending time knowing ME. I learnt to quiet the negative chatter in my head, which was consistently holding me back.

The Lifebook program has been a truly beautiful journey of self-discovery, positivity and mental fortitude. I realise nothing is out of reach, now that I have clearly defined strategies in place.
