Lifebook has provided me with the building blocks to the life I deserve, it has given me the opportunity to raise my goals and believe in myself, it has affirmed the beliefs I had and has created new affirmations of who I will become. Change is inevitable as it has already happened and will continue to be so as now I am on this journey and feel more in control of my life each and every day. From taking control of my chronic back pain and actively seeking help and investing in that help with the realization that improving my health will improve everything else that will follow it. You have given me the power to see what I can change and to accept what I cannot and to do something about that. thank you
