I was in a pretty low spot prior to starting this program. Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, socially. I've struggled over the past many months to reconcile how to overcome what I've let myself become - an unhappy shell of myself. Lifebook came to me at a time when I was fed up and dissatisfied with the way I was living. Although I had read a number of books, blogs, articles and other resources on how to exit this funk, I wasn't moving. Lifebook made the process different. It gave me clear instructions on what I need to do to elevate my thinking to a level that spurred action. A method of reflection and evaluation that connected me deeply to who I really am, who I wish to be, why I need to change, and how I will get myself to where I desire and need to be. I feel I've made so many positive changes in these 6 weeks that I've not been able to achieve previously. I'm actually excited for the future, and now that I have a roadmap for myself, I'm achieving real change.
