I have been working on developing myself for quite some time. Before Lifebook, I had several notebooks full of good advice and things I'd learned over the years. I have had success in some areas of my life, but still struggled with others.
This program gave me a structured way to learn, explore and document what I want in all areas of my life. The insight and coaching from John and Missy were so helpful. I love the way the course is set up to cover all 12 categories and it allows plenty of time to complete the sections each week. I joined a great accountability group and we worked together to support each other in this journey.
