I have done lots of self-help courses and found Lifebook to be the most comprehensive by far. Working on the 12 life categories covered in the programme has ensured that no aspect of my life planning has been overlooked. I now have crystal clear visions of where I want my life to head and strategies to help me achieve the steps needed to make those visions a reality. Thank you Jon and Missy! I'm looking forward to implementing the strategies I've devised and to seeing my life' categories balanced and my life circumstances changing.
