Before Lifebook I knew there were changes I needed to make to get to where I wanted to be. But I could not find my way. I did not have the courage, nor did I have an effective way to plan/goal set for my 'new life' Thanks to Lifebook I found the courage and the directions to my new life, a life I want to live.
