After I finished watching the free master class with Jon and missy on Mindvalley, I felt they simplified and clarified the main aspects of being a human and laid down a clear process of living at a higher level. I was impressed by how they were speaking from experience and what has worked for them and the results in their lives showed the process works. I wanted to explore with them the 12 categories and advance in my own journey.
The next 6 weeks were tough to say the list. The process demanded focus, being present, and being honest. The process was tremendously helpful as I navigate through my love and relationship aspect. Each week I got to explore myself from so many different sides. I have been through many training programs but by far this was very comprehensive and holistic.
Specially I was amazed by what I discovered when I asked myself why I want to make the most out of the 12 categories.
Once the Lifebook online program was done we were offered another opportunity to go further into Lifebook mastery. I was all fired up and ready to move forward and go deeper in the process. Another 6 weeks of in-depth and focused process followed. I felt the process taking hold and transforming me in how I think, speak and act. The wealth of information available to us through Lifebook membership was impressive. I am so grateful to have been learning from such an amazing assembly of individuals.
I have been in the personal development space for few years and my work in the media was targeted at making such information available to the Ethiopian community so they can also live within their greatness.
