"I feel a pulse and lift in my life that has been missing in myself for a while"

When I decided to start this journey I found myself in a state of waiting. Waiting for the right time to begin. I put off the program start for 4 weeks, leaving only two to rush through. I believe this has been a pivotal moment in allowing for the focus of what is important to me. And as reverberated many times throughout the program, only the beginning. As I tend to overthink and analyze.
Looking back I would have just listened to everything once as quickly as possible, then repeated, then repeated again in the time allotted to really let this integrate. I learn best and dive deep hearing something new multiple times. I feel a pulse and lift in my life that has been missing in myself for a while. I intend to continue on with this for the next year and beyond.
I am excited to really push my own boundaries. I haven’t known where or how to start thinking about what I really want for my life. Jon and Missy give a wonderful framework and guidance to move forward in a unique way that honors ourselves.
