I believe everyone should start their personal development journey with Lifebook
After putting off Lifebook for two years, Karey finally completed it and discovered a profound transformation. They found that healthy habits now flow effortlessly without willpower, and recently bounced back from a painful betrayal in just 5 days instead of months.
Locking myself indoors for five days to finish this program after putting it off for a whole two years was the best decision I have ever made in my life. I am a little mad that it took me so long to get here, but it has been an amazing journey ever since I did.
Before Lifebook, like most of us, I had started over so many times in so many things. I lacked the commitment and self-discipline to see a mission to the end. After completing Lifebook, I am just amazed at how easy everything is. I never have to use willpower to eat right, to workout, to work; it just happens. It is my identity, the core of who I am. I am amazing myself every second of the way.
I recently got betrayed by someone who I very much trusted. Previously, the pain I felt would have lasted for months; I would have been angry, bitter, and confused for so long, but you know what, 5 days! That's all it took to get me out of that spiral of negative thoughts and pain. I remembered who I was, sought out the help I needed to heal, and make sense of it all in a way that made it easy to move forward. That is Lifebook! It makes you know without a doubt who you are, what you want and how to get it.
I believe everyone should start their personal development journey with Lifebook. Thanks Jon and Missy; you two are my greatest gifts.
