The reason I enrolled in this Quest was to further my coaching skills having just retired from a 33 year career in the Australian Public Service of which 15 were as a frontline manager and having joint ownership of portfolios such as: Innovation, Rewards and Recognition, and Performance.
I want to be able to use my previous skills in management together with coaching to benefit Small and Medium Enterprises as well as business owners and executives.
My top 3 takeaways from this Quest are:

I highly recommend this Quest for anyone who wants to understand how human beings actually work and how to create impact for clients.
