Thanks to this program, I feel that my understanding of the change process is about creating more space for the inner wisdom that we all have to come forward. Transformation is less focused on the specific event or area of desired change and is more focused on creating the ability of be the container in which change flows through. This has really enriched my understanding of why I have seen transformation take place in my past with people in professional and personal settings occur when the same techniques were used but produced radically different results. I believe that this program has really opened my mind to new possibilities for influencing myself and others.
