It has been a process to detach myself from the dietitian box and build a new identity as a coach. This course has helped me boost my confidence and broaden my perspective on coaching. It has deepened my understanding on how to create shifts in my clients. I have a new toolbox and set of information to generate transformation. Margaret Moore is great at organizing the scientific information behind coaching and explaining it in an easy way to apply it in your life.
