I have a lot of experience as a coach since I practice coiching the last 15 years but I had always the sence that there are not any reference points that would hold all this knowledge inside me in a unite that makes sence. What happened with this program is that all my previous knowledge took its right place and order in my mind in a way that creates a gestalt of something more valuable. It was a metaknowledge process for me.
