I have been wanting to start my coaching business since 2013! I felt like I always needed another certificate, more knowledge, more practice. After several years of working for someone else in different fields, I finally reached a point that I wanted my independence. This program has helped me understand the type of coach I am and the type of client I want to work with. I thought I needed to fall into the same pattern I saw other coaches working, and I knew that it would not work for me. Now I understand my strengths and weakness and know that those are perfect.
