I had a truly transformative experience during this quest as I was able to forgive my father who I had a long and painful history with.

This quest, like all Mindvalley quests, came at the perfect tone for me. I am in a moment of magical flow and being able to learn these forgiveness techniques has allowed even more magic and mystery to ensue.

I feel clear, conscious and confident in my ability to forgive and the best part is that Marie shows us some very novel ways to bring forgiveness into various aspects of our life.
