"This is truly mind-blowing"

Although I haven't been feeling a lot of stress and anxiety for almost a year now since I'm now able to be more aware of my own thoughts and feelings when I get them and observe them in a third-person view, I still believe I'm able to get more out of this quest, not just for myself but for my loved ones, friends, and families who might be experiencing unending stress and anxieties in life.

Fortunately, this quest is also available with my All-Access Pass membership and without hesitation, I started the quest to learn not just how to overcome stress and anxiety, but also to be Blissful every day. The videos and lessons inside the quest were very informative and that it taught us why there is stress in the first place and why our body responds to it, and how we can overcome it with different relaxation techniques.

But what made me blow my mind was the actual Hypnotic Trance audio track! I've been meditating for more than 8 years now, but never have I tried listening to a track that's actually hypnotic and experience being hypnotized remotely! I am a very analytical person, so I always find the meaning of all things and try to understand the little things, so you can say that I'm less suggestible to any hypnosis of sorts, but whoooaah, this track really is hypnotic and powerful!

I love the way Mckenna's voice transitions from my left ear to my right ear, and then the distortions in the voice and the music, and then the simultaneous suggestions being made both in my left ear and right ear, where he intentionally distracts and diverts your attention on one area (like a card magician or a mentalist) so he can suggest another thing on your other ear (or brain) that you're not aware of that goes straight to your sub-conscious mind. This is truly mind-blowing and I believe it just came at the right time, considering that I will become a first-time father in 1 month from now, and all the "beliefs" that other people tell me (that might or might not be true) on how stressful it is to be a parent and to take care of a baby. :D And not just that, I also shared the track to my pregnant wife who is also currently facing some worries and anxieties during her pregnancy now, especially that she will be giving birth one month from now... and guess what? She loves it! Despite not an avid meditator like myself, she now requests for the track from me every day to overcome her fears and worries in giving birth. This quest is very timely and I'm very blessed and thankful to have found and enrolled in this quest! Thank you Mindvalley and Paul McKenna! :)
