Before this quest, I thought that I know how to deal with stress, but somehow I wasn't always doing it. Paul gave us super simple techniques and tools to stay calm in challenging situations and deal with stresses of every day life with ease and calm. Most of all I am amazed by how calm and happy I was during my pms for the very first time as I was going through this quest! The audio track that comes with this quest was a huge help and I was listening to it often when I found myself getting frustrated or stressed. It's the most relaxing audio I've ever listened to and it also inspired me to get back to my daily meditation routine. Now I don't skip any day. I can honestly say that now I not only know how to deal with stress but I do it. This course also gave me some ideas and great exercises that I can use with my clients, especially children that experience anxiety. I would recommend it to every business owner and every woman who's got mood swings during pms.
