I have been using tools for keeping calm, relaxed, and stress-free for many years (qigong and taichichuan, meditations, EFT, chakra balance and breathwork, etc) - it all started with the need to support myself heal from tuberculosis in 1994 and evolved into a set of practices I have been relying daily upon, to counteract the hectic life of an overbusy executive producer.
