I have just completed my first Mindvalley Quest. I signed up for the Eden Energy Medicine Quest because I was struggling with severe depression, chronic headaches and daytime sleepiness, and I was not finding solutions with allopathic medicine.
Within two weeks of the quest, my depression completely lifted. My energy level is slowly improving. I am still working on the headaches.
The most notable change is I recognized how fear was keeping me from moving forward and pursuing my dreams. I learned to use energy medicine to shift these emotional blocks and fears and I am now pursuing a path that I would not have felt possible. I am so grateful for this quest and for Mindvalley!
