Thanks to this course I started to do the daily energy routine since I have started the course last year every, morning I am doing these daily practices and it's absolutely amazing! I've noticed that my focus is a lot clearer, my concentration and my memory are also a lot clearer and have improved since doing the course. I don't have my aches and pains in my hips anymore
