"I knew it would help me to finally change my pattern"

My journey was with ups and downs, as a child i didnt felt i belonged here. I also stuggled whit dyslexia. I started a reiki class, so i could help myself with the energie. A few years later i did a teacher training for yoga teacher. Through my yoga teacher program i ended up with a burn out. It was not passible to get on, on the autopilot. After that i try to chance my way of live. I practice more meditation, prana en i did a class for Yoga nidra teacher. I still practice that every day to keep me in contact with myself. When someone showed me this training I knew it would help me to finally change my pattern and mabye i can help changing orther people's patterns. But first i have to help myself before i can help others.
