I had an upcoming surgery and I was preparing myself physically and spiritually. It was open-heart surgery. I wanted to go into it vital and strong. After the surgery, I had absolutely no pain. And I believe that's in part because I am having energy systems in my body flowing correctly and that's why the pain didn't occur. The techniques I have learned I am using daily.
