Before the program I was very curious about energy and moving it through the body. During my life I most likely absorbed other energies or been unable to release my own. I am very satisfied with learning the techniques for balance, well being and peace for myself and a few to share with my young elementary age students for a better relaxed and open mind. I am dealing with stage 4 cancer and would like to know more about organ releasing energies. I incorporate this with whole foods diet, supplements, exercise and meditation.
