I have taken a few courses with Mindvalley all of them have aided to my personal and professional growth. Before I participated in Energy Healing and other courses my daily life was accidentally happening. I learned that I have some control, I am not helpless or doomed. Energy medicine showed me that even pain and discomfort can be eliminated or at least controlled. I have now a daily practice for my exercises and my mind. Feeling of loneliness are not overwhelming if they come up. Meditation became exciting and I learned how to change my mood and how I experience life. I am nowadays driving my life, I am not just waiting for it to happen.
