Before the program I was pretty depressed and ashamed of who I am. Thanks to this quest I understand that my body heating up is really my immune system reacting to something in my environment and I now know how to calm it. I am now much more at peace, grounded and wanting to connect with other people. I love cooking and giving my body the strength it needs to feel well and the calmness it needs to be of service to others. I feel much less machismo than I ever have and really want to be more like David, traveling and supporting loved ones in all his capacities.
