Recently I faced a terrifying crisis in my professional life. I had just started the Duality program by Jeffrey Allen... it had been exactly on the 3rd day. 
I had learnt the grounding technique in the program. So, when this crisis happened and fear was gripping me completely, I practiced grounding several times. As a result, I was slowly able to bring focus and strategize a solution. 
The next day I could eventually use the solution and come out of the situation. Thanks to Jeffrey Allen & Mindvalley.
