Before the program I had experienced some interesting and unusual things happen over many years in my life, although I was unsure what they all meant at the time. These included vivid dreams and some episodes of accurate clairaudience. I had asked aloud to be given some insight and understanding of what it all meant. In a sense, the universe provided the answer, and Mindvalley, Jeffrey and the Duality program found me. 

The reason I enrolled in the quest -which I have now completed twice, was to explore different aspects of which I was previously unaware, in the hope of finding some answers to my questions. The insights that I have gained about the energy and spirit world have been invaluable and added another huge dimension to my everyday life.

The biggest positive changes I have noticed since completing the program are in managing my seniority and being less affected by the negative energy of others around me. Clearing the pictures of unhelpful beliefs and asking for help to let them go has been one of the most rewarding things. I know that I have become much less judgemental (but not perfect) and definitely not so fast to react negatively to situations that are beyond my control. The whole Covid and Omicron scenario as been a great test in this respect. It has been much easier for me to stay grounded and to look at some of the things that have happened with a calmer disposition. I've also had a lot of fun trying out many of the exercises from the program. Experiencing synchronicity and recognising more easily when I'm "in the flow" had been a pleasurable and amusing outcome of the program.

What a wonderful experience it has been to participate in the live calls with Jeffrey and to meet other participants online. I feel very privileged, indeed.
