I had no previous knowledge of energy practices or healing. This course is a great foundation to learn about energy and energy tools. Jeffrey Allen is a wonderful teacher, his style is calm, fun and practical. I really enjoyed this course. I have a higher level of contentment and the tools are helping me to create a better state of mind and be more joyful.
