I came across a short video where Jeffrey was introducing Duality. In the video he showed us how to feel the energy in the palms of our hands and how to center ourselves. I am only beginning to introduce energy work into my practice. After signing up for the course, I went to work and practiced some of the techniques he showed in his introduction video. The results were amazing! My hands heated up like hot plates, the session with my client was amazing! I can not wait to complete this course and follow up with a final story!
