Before the program I have gone through a lot of changes in my life which brought me to the study of self-awareness. For three years now, I have volunteered at the local non-profit the Awareness Institute to help myself and others to more deeply connect inward to tap into the life force energy we all are. I have made major strides in opening up to myself and feel my energy, yet I know that I can tap into this more deeply and use this to serve our world better - the people and the natural systems that we are all part of and rely upon. I am glad to have found out about this duality quest with mindvalley with the intention to go deeper with understanding my own energy and utilizing it to heal myself and others, and manifest a brighter future for the world.
