Before this program I had worked with energy, and I thought I knew about it and could handle it better than most of the people. I had undergone very difficult situations in my life: bringing up a child alone, suffering bullying and psychological abuse since a very young age which also led to mobbing at work and finally depression and illness. Through personal work and development I have improved greatly. But it wasn’t enough, I still had many blocks in my life and to this moment I feel like I have been merely surviving instead of living to my full potential.
I started this quest on the advice of another Mindvalley student and friend and I can’t thank her enough. From the beginning, I sensed something different from everything I had learned or experienced before. First of all, though it may seem oblivious, Jeffrey’s energy completely captivated me, it made me feel at ease and safe. Almost like coming home at last.
As I have been advancing on the quest, I have felt amazing changes that are really deep because it is my ENERGY that has been moving, changing and transforming myself into someone different. I have had very important awareness and comprehension moments that have helped me understand and know myself and the people around me better.
I have decided not to carry other people’s weight upon me. I’m learning to tell the difference between what’s mine and theirs. I have learned what empathy means and I’m keeping other people’s unwanted energy at bay. I have my boundaries more firmly settled, and I want to devote my energy to heal and to live my life fully. Now I know how to ask for help and guidance and I’m giving my intuition a voice inside me instead of listening to other’s advice.
I could go on forever but all I can say is a simple and humble Thank You. To Mindvalley, Vishen, Jeffrey and to myself. For not giving up and for finding the strength to go on until I got here. I’m so proud!
