Before this program I was having some trouble with meditation. Jeffrey's grounding guided meditation was wonderful. I found myself able to ground myself consciously before approaching a patient ( my patients are usually children) that the nurses had warned me was particularly scared. My grounding and calmness that resulted would help calm both parents and children very often. Needless to say, this was a blessing.
