This Duality training came into my life at just the right time…no surprise there, but what is surprising is that I was actually a student of Jeff when he traveled to Uganda back in 2004 or so and learnt many of these tools.
However as the years passed I kind of forgot all this learning so this has been a wonderful refreshment. I have deepened my perception and literally saw and heard certain events before they happened and was able to prevent a potentially damaging situation from happening. The experience was not that comfortable and involved some difficult decisions and conversations but I am so grateful and it’s really cemented my practice and brought all the tools into sharp focus.
