Am just about to start the course. But wanted to say that it was the interview with Jeffrey about the course and the exercises he led us through that convinced to me to sign up for this course. The material was not really new to me, but the way Jeffrey introduced it to us was so refreshingly accessible and easy to absorb and start experiencing right away. When he took us through the Very first exercise of making the energy ball between our hands and playing with the energy of the ball — I readily felt such power and control in being able to play with and form this energy between my hands that it brought tears to my eyes. And the following meditations he led us through were also so powerful and easy to readily fully experience. He has such an amazing presence and way of making the material easily accessible. Also since I’ve not been meditating lately, I really felt this course would be an excellent way to get back into meditating in a fun and exciting way.
