In January 2020, I set out on a journey for guidance, for signs from the universe, for anything that would help me navigate the chaos in my life. I didn't quite know what it would look like or how to find it, but as the year unfolded I discovered Mindvalley.
For reasons I didn't understand, I was drawn to the Duality quest. The weekend before my set start date I was questioning this decision, but as we drove to take a hike in the nearby mountain range I glanced at the display on the radio and it said "DUALITY". This seemed like an obvious sign from the universe, so I continued with the Quest.
I can say this Quest was transformative in ways I never expected. For most of my life I had struggled with weak or non-existent boundaries. Even once I began to learn about boundaries, I only understood them on an intellectual level, I didn't know how to really use them.
The energy context that Jeffrey Allen explains boundaries with completely changed my relationships with myself and others. I was finally able to consciously set my boundaries and maintain my seniority within them. I am able to clear pictures and beliefs that do not serve me, and use my energy to release blocks in productivity.
Most profound is that I found what I set out looking for at the beginning of the year--a clear path to consulting my higher self and my guides. Although I have a lot of practice ahead, I feel confident in my decisions and my path ahead. This course was truly transformative. Thank you, Jeffrey!
