I had been through a sudden breakup, as well as, the loss of my fur baby on the same day, so I had been suffering quite a bit. As much as I was doing my growth work, receiving trauma therapy, and engaging my spiritual practices, I was still having a lot of disturbing dreams and escalated emotions. I started Katherine Woodward Thomas' Conscious Uncoupling Quest and immediately felt comforted by her presence, compassion, and practical tools. She is so authentic in her presentation and her curriculum was very well thought out, from the video modules, to the Growth Work, Healing Power Statements, and Self-Care practices. Even though I had been open to the way this quest could help me, I was really surprised at how much freer and healed I felt from the relationship dissolution, after I completed the 7-week course.
