I greatly underestimated how powerful this course could be. I've seen three different psychologists over five years, even graduated from a psychology degree myself to help understand and overcome my issues after leaving the military. I've written and published a book to help others who are struggling on the same path and still, this course blew me away with insights and personal growth.
