"It got me to go into a whole other level inside the relationship I had with myself"

Before this program Mindvalley had been in my life for 2 years after I graduated as a physician. I felt the progress I’d done couldn’t get any better. The education I’ve gained in Mindvalley has definitely impacted on the decision I’ve made not to pursue the usual medical specialty but to be true to the values I hold on health and a holistic approach to life. Mindvalley led to the Holobody Certification program which I’m currently enrolled in and will be graduating from in December 2022.

Parallel to this I decided to enroll in the Coaching Love Relationships program with Jan and Monika because I was able to identify limiting beliefs that had impacted my previous relationships. The program completely blew my mind. It got me to go into a whole other level inside the relationship I had with myself, it got me to the core of identifying beliefs I’ve had since my childhood, as well as identifying patterns that have been repeated in my love relationships based on them. I’ve been able to use some of the techniques they share inside the coaching pods of the Holobody Certification program and I’ve been able to help people so much deeper than I ever thought I could. I can say with total honesty that there has never been a program on Mindvalley up until now, apart from the Holobody certification that has provided so many tools to apply in my own life and in coaching sessions. My biggest takeaways from this quest are: - You’ll gain understanding on why you are and act the way you do based on your upcomings - You’ll gain many strategies to be able to handle your own relationships the best way possible, specially the relationship you have with yourself - Finally, you’ll understand that many times the “issue” is not your partner, family member, friend, boss, child, is your perception of the world and the situation. This is absolute gold, believe me.
