My story. I have had an extremely rough year. Where I lost myself completely to the point that I could not even see myself anymore. And did not see a point in my presence on this earth.
Through extensive healing with the Silva training (mediation and finding my strength), thereafter the Chakra training (where do I come from, understanding why everything is happening to me, or more what I allow to continuously happen to me based on past experience) and the duality and other training with Jeffrey Allen (who am I and what are my boundaries) I can say that I see myself again, and in a better and more clear way than I have ever seen myself.
It sounds absurd, but I can say that I feel reborn, redirected and most of all more me than I have been in the past 48 years.
And that in 6 months, where 3 months ago I was at the point of giving up and leaving this planet (or at least this body).
I have since seen miracles happen (see the magic happening as is suggested in the Silva training). I am initiating wonderful projects at work on how to find each other, connect and create a wonderful work environment for the healthcare professional. I am collaborating with a parent of a deceased patient to write a program for parents losing or having lost a child with cancer.
Wonderful and great things are happening. I am not there yet, I still have days where the world seems to much, and I forget my seniority and lose track of my boundaries (Jeffrey Allen), and get of track. However, with the mediations and lessons provided am now see when I get lost and where I have to go to reconnect to me and get on track again.
And the wonderful thing is, I can adjust quicker now than I could before. I thank Mindvalley and all its teachers for giving me myself, finding me, my roots and my purpose. And I can honestly say I look forward to the rest of my life!
