Thanks to this program I understand depression from another perspective.
 It made me realise the connection between the balance the brain waves what we all need.
 the way how activating the basal thoughts that we have in our daily life are constricted.
 Decrease cortisol and moments how we react on our stress and how it can all be transformed if we don't pay attention into anxious behavior and initially depression. 
 Strongly recommending this quest for everyone who loves scientific approval , deep explanation and academic learning . Conflict deconstruction is a beautiful tool I will take with me in my daily practices
