My intention going into this quest was to improve the management of my own mind-health and emotional responses AND to learn tips and techniques to help my family and friends. Dr Leaf and her Calmness Quest delivered on my intentions perfectly.
The deepest value though, was her beautiful message of HOPE. So many more people are battling with anxiety and depression than in the past, daily background stress often tipping people over the edge. Sadly, not only are we not coping we also carry the weight of feeling we are somehow damaged and feel hopeless. But Dr Leaf shows us that not only are our behaviours a normal response but that using daily mind-management techniques daily, we can improve and change the neurobiology of our brains! 
Most importantly as we strive for personal mastery we realise that he more we manage our mind, the less vulnerable we become to disease. Simply because chronic unmanaged stress leads to various physical diseases. 
Dr. Leaf has a wonderful way of explaining the science and a plethora of gorgeous analogies.
 So whether you are fighting off anxiety or depression or whether you are helplessly watching the suffering of your loved ones, this quest is for you!
