Before taking this course, my life was a series of relationships that left me unsatisfied and emotionally drained. The most recent of these was a long-distance relationship that stretched across continents, lasting for five years but eventually leading to heartache and stress. What I realized was that I had become a pleaser, sacrificing my own integrity and emotional well-being to keep others happy. This pattern of behavior led me to experience multiple life crises, and it took me a long time to understand that I was the one responsible for my own unhappiness.

I enrolled in this course after taking the difficult step of ending my last long-distance relationship. I needed to heal emotional wounds, rediscover my integrity, and equip myself with the skills to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships in the future.

My main goal was to understand the dynamics that led me to be unhappy in relationships and to find new ways to approach love and partnership, so that I could become a person who is worthy of love and capable of loving authentically.

The biggest positive change is the newfound integrity and self-awareness I now possess. I feel more capable and prepared to engage in relationships that are fulfilling and reciprocal. I've learned to love myself, stay true to my values, and invite the kind of love into my life that I truly deserve.
